How we cooked?

1 In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

2 In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.

3 Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.

4 Dip ladyfinger cookies into brewed espresso and layer them in a serving dish.

5 Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.

6 Repeat layers and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.

7 Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
